Adaptable Dwellings are prefabricated, portable, fully-sustainable, built to last and include all the fixtures and fittings needed to feel right at home. A variety of models are available and can be delivered directly to your location via road transport.

Adaptive Innovations brings together an experienced team of thought leaders in the construction, development, renewable energy, emergency management and technology to solve a problem that is becoming more prevalent every year. When Australians lose their homes to the ever-increasing number of natural disasters, they are often left with very few places to turn.

Following three years of research and development, Adaptive Innovations teamed up with F1 Homes and SIPS International to bring a  range of Adaptable Dwellings to the market. This innovative product has been specifically designed to cater for a variety of scenarios, including those where on-site power, water and sewerage are not available. Adaptable Dwellings come both off-grid and town-connected versions, and are available in a variety configurations, sizes and finishes.
