Our complete process from start to finish
01 Design
Once you've completed the land purchase for your new home, you'll finalise the building plans with an Architect.
Next, you’ll send your final plans to our experienced team to define the project specifications and provide a comprehensive quote.
A SIPs International draftsperson will carefully design the technical drawings needed to bring your new project to life.
Once approved (by you), we’ll begin building, and manufacturing
your SIPs solution.
02 Manufacturing
Once the design is finalised, we build and precision-cut your Structural Insulated Panels to match the exact specifications of your new home, including openings for easy installation of window and door frames.
When manufacturing is completed, we’ll prepare your SIPs solution for delivery.
03 Construction
Finally, we deliver your SIPs solution directly to your building site, flat-packed and ready for rapid installation. We’ll supply clear instructions to ensure that the construction process is simple and stress-free for your installer.
After delivery is completed, we recycle any off-cuts to reduce landfill.

Recycling
We take our responsibility as a sustainable manufacturer seriously and make every effort to recycle excess material.
After manufacturing, we return any excess EPS to our supplier to be repurposed for use in common household items. Similarly, any leftover OSB that is unable to be used in projects for other customers is mulched for use in gardens.
